Small Business Jobs Western New York is WNY’s first job board just for small businesses. It connects local small business owners with incredible candidates, and helps local job seekers find their dream small business job.

Small Business Jobs WNY is owned and operated by Courtney Howard, a Buffalonian and small business consultant (that’s me, hi!) Through Catbird Consulting, I’ve worked with over 50 local small business owners and have seen first-hand how difficult hiring can be. I also know that plenty of people would love to work for a local small business, but they have no idea who’s hiring unless they happen to see it on Instagram.

Hiring the right people is too important to leave to an algorithm. So I created Small Business Jobs WNY as an affordable, local option for small business owners who are sick of posting jobs on Instagram and hoping the right person sees it, and done with trying to navigate huge hiring websites where small businesses get lost in the shuffle.
